Sign Up Membership in Reynier Village Neighborhood Association provides you with opportunities to meet and mingle with fellow residents of Reynier Village. We're also working with South Robertson Neighborhoods Council (SORONC) toward improving and revitalizing Robertson Boulevard and raising our neighborhood profile. Reynier Village Neighborhood Association has teamed up with Alexander Patrol Service to offer residents a group rate. APS has been patrolling the South Robertson area for over a decade and has been working with RVNA for over four years. A few benefits of having an armed patrol service in our area include: • Increasing the protection of our neighborhood • Sends a clear message to criminals that our neighborhood takes crime seriously • Having someone to call immediately when we see something suspicious • Decreased response times compared to LAPD Each resident who signs up for this service will receive: • A yard sign showing that your home is protected by APS Armed Response • A private phone number to call if you see something suspicious • Response times from 2-3 minutes vs. up to two hours when calling LAPD • Peace of mind in knowing that APS patrol cars are driving through Reynier Village and past your home four times throughout the day and night For more information about Alexander Patrol Service, go to http://mypatrol.com Cost is $70, which includes dues and patrol service fees. That's just $5.83 per month. Your membership is good thru February 15, 2012 no matter when you sign up during 2011. Sign Up for APS RVNA members who sign up for an alarm system with APS or switch to APS as their alarm monitoring company can save money. They will pay the reduced rate of $30 per month and get 24 hour monitoring which will include alarm response on activations. Company Management APS Security is managed by Vernon Rosado, who has a background as former police officer and currently is a certified instructor with the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards & Training as well as through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center as a S.T.A.R. Instructor for Hate & Bias Crimes. APS Security is currently dispatched from a communication center located at 18th Street and La Cienega and alarm monitoring is provided from Tempe, Arizona for critical disaster reasons. History APS Security was created in 1997 as Alexander Business Services and changed its name to better identify its services and purpose. In becoming APS Security the approach their 11th Anniversary with a mission to stand out as a local based neighborhood provider for viable security services.
