The continuity and success of the Neighborhood Watch program hinges on our Block Captains! "Block Captains" act as a liaison between their particular street, the Reynier Village Neighborhood Association and the officersassigned to our area. Through the Block Captain and through neighborhood general meetings, crime prevention tips and information is passed along to members of our community.
